My research focuses on the development of data assimilation for glacier modeling by combining physical models with Earth observation data.

Current research interests include:

- Glacier evolution modelling
- Data assimilation
- Surface mass balance calibration
- Ensemble Kalman Filters
- Remote sensing of glaciers
- High-performance computing

Besides my research, I am passionate about data visualization, science communication, and outreach. Through interactive visualizations, public talks, and photography, I aim to make glacier research and the impacts of climate change more accessible to a broader audience.
